Known Issues

Hotmail Users - If you do not receive emails from the system please check your Junk E-Mail Protection settings and/or Junk E-Mail Folder. It is recommended that you add admin@athleticsdata.com to your Safe List.

AOL Users - If you appear to login OK but it still says Logged in user: None and so you are continually referred back to the login page then the settings for cookies have not been properly enabled on your browser. AOL users are advised to use Internet Explorer instead of AOL's own browser as that usually works. Alternatively please try the recommendations at http://www.clickiq.com/loginProblems.asp which seems to have similar problems or AOL's own http://webmaster.info.aol.com/cookieguide.html
